The sustainable intention in the design was also appreciated and I liked feeling like we could leave a lighter impact as visitors. "From the moment we walked in we overwhelmed by the stunning views whether stormy or clear including fiery orange sunsets. The house was super clean and well appointed. The kitchen was easy to cook in and we were able to buy good flour at the local shop to make bread ... The bathroom had a great shower and a bath looking over the sea. It was luxurious and warm. We would highly recommend. We would love to go back!"

"This a unique cottage in a fantastic location looking out over the ocean on the NW edge of Lewis. The accommodations are modern and comfortable. It’s very well insulated from any wind or cold and the floor to ceiling glass walls afford you 180 degree views out onto a beautiful vista - which is especially stunning come sunset. We absolutely loved our stay."
